These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SVRN's website, mobile application, events, and other services (the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the Service. Minors may only use the Service under supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms. 

Membership

- Membership fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership at any time.

- Members are responsible for guests and their compliance with these Terms.

- We reserve the right to decline any membership application.  

- Memberships are non-transferable.

Content 

- We retain full ownership of any content produced through the Service, including photos, videos, and member testimonials.

- Members may only use Service content for personal non-commercial use as part of the Service. 

- Members grant us a non-exclusive license to use any content contributed or shared through the Service.

Events

- You are responsible for your own health and safety at our events. We are not liable for any injuries or illnesses.

- Any substance use at events is at your own risk. You assume responsibility for any intoxication or other outcomes.

- We may remove individuals from events or take any actions necessary to maintain safety and order.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES. WE DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of Liability

SVRN IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Indemnification  

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SVRN from any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) any content you submit or transmit through the Service.

Termination 

We may terminate your membership and access to the Service at any time for any reason. We may suspend access for Terms violations. You remain responsible for any unpaid fees accrued prior to termination.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration in Los Angeles. 

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or our website. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any modified Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any prior agreements.

Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of California.
